Do you take the acai berry detox and total cleanse at the same time?

I wouldnt touch the acai berry detox. It isnt a detox supplement it is a waste of time and effort. The total cleanse I am wary of… I did it and it caused a stack of grief.

the detox stuff generally is a scam. I ended up just drinking juices for 2 weeks to detox. they had things like salary, beetroot etc.

    Acai Berry is a scam, and cleanses are just some pointless diet fad.

    a good diet and exercise will do more than either will. If u eat healthy ur body will cleanse itself.
